Seattle Real Estate Agent Terry Miller Has Built Her Success & Reputation on Consistently Providing a Superior Level of Real Estate Expertise.
Q: Can you share with us what made you decide to have a career in Real Estate?
TM: Dumb luck but my Stepmother retired from Social Work and paid more in IRS taxes in year two than my Dad made all year as a 33 year Public School Teacher. She was great and a hard worker and organized, smart and driven. (I love that anyone that wants to sell, can if they work hard!)
Q: Can you share with our audience what Buyers & Sellers can expect when they work with you?
TM: I treat everyone the same—I approach each w/my knowledge base, my long history doing this as well as my clear/sensible approach to getting what they need done!
Q: How has technology changed the Real Estate industry over the years?
TM: The Clients have the data but not my skill-set. They are quick to need answers—and we need to be fast on the draw—but they don’t have access to the inside of homes for sale—and they have no idea how to market and/or negotiate a sale.
Q: How do you help first time buyers come to a decision?
TM: Client interview where we discuss the process and I instill confidence in the process w/me at the helm. (They don’t all choose me, but many do, and my lofty goal is everyone I want to assist will choose me).
Q: If we interviewed all your past clients … what is “one” common word that comes up when they describe working with you?
TM: Well-organized
Q: Obviously with Covid-19 there’s a lot of changes going on in the world … what changes have you seen that you feel will remain in Real Estate?
TM: More is done on-line so I remember every day that the written word is 2-dimmensional and they need soft but can-do words for communication
Q: Can you tell our audience one of your most memorable moments in your career?
TM: I was interviewed by Good Morning America in a day in the life of a residential real estate Agent—but the show never aired as some giant news story occupied the air-time for many days thereafter. (I was honored to be chosen.)
Q: Which woman inspires you and why?
TM: Michelle Obama as she sees beyond the forest and always does what is right.
